If one speaks against you
be not angry,
For anger becomes
yet another obstacle to truth.
If one speaks well of you
be not swept away,
For such fleeting
carries you away from fact.
Acknowledge fact!
Be not blinded
by tone, words or the person,
This is the way to truth!
And Truth will be your Teacher!
