You have emotions.


Remember you have emotions not the other way around. We often get carried away with our emotions and behave as if we are victims of our emotions.

The next time you feel “blue” say to yourself, “I’ll show you”, then dance, smile and do something positive for yourself. Sitting there and allowing your emotions have their way with you, is exhausting and eventually will turn you into an emotional victim.
