Feed yourself well.


Food is more than just something we fill our stomachs with. Food is the source of energy, vitality, health, healing, strength and of our body. Food can be medicine. The wise consumption of food is vital.

Food is fuel, it must suit our needs. Thinking of food with this new awareness is the first step. Be mindful of what you eat and while you eat. If you wish to put food into your stomach, your mind should be there first. Eat less but well.
