I have been teaching for over 12 years, in the area of Personal Development & Excellence. Qualified in the areas of Training & Development, Counselling, Industrial Engineering and specialising in Buddhist Psychology. It has been my pleasure to work with groups of all sizes and backgrounds all over the country over the past 12 years in subjects related to Mental Health, Personal Performance, Addiction, Coaching and Parenting. Bringing my easy to understand and lighthearted style to thousands, has been the greatest honour for me. Having written and published 5 books to date, i bring the same insight and vision from my books to my workshops and talks.
